Project management for a creative collaborative running multiple social impact briefs in parallel.
Short engagement at a small Eindhoven design outfit working on briefs with a social edge. Workflow systems went in so several projects could run together without quality slipping. A short acquisition framework mapped sectors where design interventions could plausibly create value.
