InScience pairs new science films with live debate. The Head of Talks Programme runs the cycle from concept to stage. Partnerships with research institutes and media houses give the programme its weight, and the editorial choices that follow decide what reaches the audience. The remit is editorial as much as logistical. Choosing which research the talks would foreground, finding speakers who could open the work to a non specialist room, and shaping questions the audience could carry past the festival itself. The 2024 edition ran across multiple venues in Nijmegen, with a cross functional team behind the production.
